1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email, profile image, and account ID, managed by our authentication provider Clerk.
• Usage data: username, challenge progress, points and level, completed tasks, store purchases, and subscription history.
• Attendance data: for company-mode users only, when scanning the attendance barcode.
• Advertising information: device advertising identifier and technical data, via Google AdMob.
• Technical data: basic device and OS information for operation and performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate the App and save your progress, enable secure sign-in, power leaderboards and interactive features, display ads and grant their rewards, run the attendance feature for company users, and improve the App.

3. Permissions

• Camera: used only to scan the attendance barcode. No photos are captured or stored.
• Notifications: for daily task reminders.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with essential service providers: Clerk (authentication), Supabase (data storage), Google AdMob (advertising), and WAYL (payment processing). Each is governed by its own privacy policy.

5. Advertising & Advertising ID

The App uses Google AdMob, including rewarded ads. Google may use your device's Advertising ID to personalize and measure ads. You can reset it or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings. Paid subscribers are not shown ads.

6. Payments

Subscriptions and point purchases are processed through the WAYL payment gateway, opened in a browser outside the App. We do not store any payment card data on our servers.

7. Data Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with trusted providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via the Delete Account page.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data, and opt out of personalized ads via your device settings.
